Andy Pelletier does it again with a show-stopping classic white kitchen for By Carrier. This classic kitchen is a perfect example of when the design is in the details.
Project Details
Featuring stacked wall cabinets, enclosed island seating to tuck the barstools away, gabled decorative door panels on all open ends that capture the functional door and drawer faces, a custom wood hood, and appliance panels for an integral appearance. Quartz counters in MSI’s Calacatta Botanica are showcased with a 2” drop miter edge at the island and a full-height backsplash. Electrical outlets were placed strategically below the wall cabinets as to not interrupt the slab backsplash. Extra long hardware from Richelieu in a brushed gold finish that coordinates perfectly with the accent pendants and plumbing fixtures are the finishing touches that sparkle.
These finishes continue to the wet bar, accented with “X” mullions and glass at the wall cabinets.
The powder room brings the drama with a 5” drop miter countertop in Calacatta Ultra quartz and is accented with a vessel-style sink and contrasting wall tile. These same Siteline Walton style cabinets in Iceberg white paint and Calacatta Ultra quartz are throughout the bedroom bathrooms for the classic look seen throughout this home. The primary bathroom brings in Siteline’s Harvest stain on Alder for natural warmth and texture which complements the white throughout the space and is similar in tone to the wood flooring seen elsewhere in the home. Finally, the primary closet and laundry spaces are finished off with CNC Elegant cabinetry in a white painted finish with the hardware and counters that the homeowner loved in the primary spaces.
