Nordic Builders built this beautiful new home for a family returning to the area from out of state. Theresa worked with these homeowners both in person and remotely to bring their vision to life.
Project Details
The kitchen features CNC Elegant cabinetry in Linen and Ocean paint colors – with all the custom features to elevate the space. This kitchen showcases backlit glass door stacked uppers with crown molding to the ceiling, an integrated wood hood, spice and utensil hidden storage, a proud farm style sink with decorative legs both at the sink and at the island, island backside storage cabinetry, as well as countertop hutches to hide the small appliances. The MSI quartz counters in Calacatta Delios tie together the Amerock brass hardware, lighting, and full-height backsplash tile.
This family requested a robust walk-in pantry for all of the cooking and hosting they do in their home. The pantry needed to be able to support the need to cook large meals while keeping the kitchen presentable. It includes a cooktop and tons of storage in CNC’s Luxor classic white shaker cabinetry with MSI’s Iced White quartz countertops.
The home is finished off with bathrooms in Ocean blue paint, Linen paint, and Stone stain from CNC’s Elegant collection. These vanities are finished with Allison by Amerock hardware and MSI quartz counters from our Vanity Program.Finishing the design with Richelieu transitional metal pulls in satin brass and MSI Cashmere Taj quartz countertops. The new layout and extra space allows for natural light to pour in, the family to come together, and friends to join in meals. Every detail was expertly executed, resulting in a kitchen that is both beautiful and functional.These finishes continue to the wet bar, accented with “X” mullions and glass at the wall cabinets.
