Inside each apartment, CNC Luxor White cabinetry provides a fresh, clean foundation in the kitchens and bathrooms. These are paired with striking Black Pearl granite countertops in the kitchens and Daltile Simply White Quartz in the primary and main baths. Matte black Richelieu bar pulls in the kitchens and polished chrome in the bathrooms offer a sleek finishing touch.
In the clubhouse, the playroom and café areas continue the clean aesthetic with Luxor White cabinets and MSI Snow White quartz surfaces, perfect for high-traffic spaces. In the speakeasy lounge and kitchen, CNC’s Luxor Harvest cabinetry adds a cozy, welcoming contrast, complemented by MSI Manhattan Grey quartz countertops for a contemporary vibe. The champagne bronze hardware in these spaces adds another stylish accent.
Outdoors, the grilling station is topped with Jet Mist leathered granite that holds up to the elements.
