The Gramercy at New Canaan
We recently completed work on eight luxury apartments at The Gramercy at New Canaan. The one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom-with-loft apartments form part of a mixed use complex together with medical offices. The units share a courtyard with water feature, a streetscape with lamps that match downtown, trees, and brick-and-granite walkways.
Project Details
Billed by the developers as a “boutique jewel box,” the apartment complex is designed to appeal to high net worth empty nesters and new families expecting “high level” finishings and quality materials.
We carefully selected our cabinetry and hardware accordingly. In the kitchens, we chose Ultracraft Cabinets in Arctic White with Avon door style. These stacked wall cabinets feature glass doors at the top, with matching interiors. For a clean and modern finish, the hardware is Metro from Berenson.
The upscale design continues through to the bathrooms, which all feature Ultracraft cabinets in either Arctic White or Luna Grey.
