Project Details

VKC Project Manager Ben Hogan worked closely with the team to create a modern, inclusive space. Each unit features CNC Luxor White cabinetry, SF Real Granite countertops and Richelieu brushed nickel pulls. The look is clean, bright and built to last. In the bathrooms, CNC Luxor Espresso cabinetry adds warmth and contrast, finished with Iced White quartz countertops from MSI and brushed nickel hardware.

Of the 91 units, 20 are reserved for residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. These thoughtfully designed apartments will include on-site support from Favarh, helping individuals maintain independence while staying connected to a caring support system.

Every design detail, from the layout to material selection, was made with long-term function, comfort and support in mind. The result is a space that feels current, welcoming and purpose-driven.
